Two Ways to Loose Weight

Eat Slowly

A new study has confirmed that eating slowly rather than bolting down your food causes you to eat less.

Researches at the University of Rhode Island in the US asked one group of women to put their forks down and chew between bites, and another to eat quickly.

The chewers ate an average of 70 fewer calories per mean and – as an extra weight-controlling bonus – still felt full an hour later.

Opt for a little Full Fat Milk

Swedish researchers have found that among 19,352 women aged 40 to 55, those who had at least one serving of whole milk or cheese each day put on less weight over nine years than women who consumed these foods less often.

One theory on why dairy products have been linked to lower body weight is that the calcium helps with fat regulation; another is that conjugated linoleic acid, or CLA (a type of fat found in dairy foods), is linked to weight control.
